Honolulu Disposal Service is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service & Inside Sales Administrator to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for assisting Outside Sales Representatives with their daily needs as well as providing excellent customer service over the phone. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping the customers and enjoys problem solving. We're here for the long haul! Essential Job Functions * Answer outside phone lines and direct calls to the appropriate party * Develop and cultivate customer relationships with both new and existing customers * File, scan, and upkeep customer records * Master our computerized routing system, generate work orders, and update notes in system in a timely basis * Problem solve solutions and make recommendations to customers to help fulfill their needs * Perform other duties as necessary when assigned Job Requirements * Proven success in an office environment * Strong communication, organization, and time management skills * Ability to file, scan, fax, and send email correspondence to various audiences * Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Compensation and Benefits * Competitive Base Salary * Schedule: Full Time * Strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) Profit Sharing Retirement Plan, Long Term Disability, vacation, sick pay, and life insurance Honolulu Disposal Service, Inc. is an EOE - Disability/Veterans' We promote a drug free workplace.
