Summary The Sales Representative is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly following up on company provided leads, managing interactions using designated tools and prioritizing a positive customer experience. This role requires effective internal collaboration to provide comprehensive information for contract processing and timely responses to inquiries. Staying updated on products and services is essential to set accurate lead times and installation expectations for customers. The employee is expected to ensure a professional representation of S&K. Details * Uncapped compensation opportunity * Company vehicle, gas card, phone, tablet * Bonus opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package (health, vision, 401k) * Industry leading software/tools (measuring, CRM, estimating) Responsibilities & Expectations * Run company provided leads - reaching out to Marketing Opportunities within 24 hours. * Use company provided tools as instructed (CRM and Estimating Tool) to manage customers, quotes, follow-ups and results. * Stay up to date on products and services, including but not limited to pricing and points of contact. * Provide all necessary information (notes, photos with measurements, drawings, material lists, labor, backups, detailed descriptions of work to be performed) prior to signed contract moving through the system. * Provide customer with lead times and installation expectations based on product(s) being purchased. * Conduct rehash efforts to earn business from potential customers and gain business from repeat/referral customers. * Participate in sales meetings and training opportunities. * Follow guidelines for company vehicle: drive in a safe and courteous manner, report issues, ensure cleanliness and perform regular maintenance. * Represent S&K at community and industry events. Qualifications * Experience in Exterior Remodeling Sales: Proven track record in outside sales specifically within the exterior remodeling industry, demonstrating knowledge of products such as roofing, siding and windows. * In-Home Sales Skills: Strong background in conducting in-home consultations, effectively assessing customer needs, and providing tailored remodeling solutions that align with their vision and budget. * Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear presentations, negotiations, and the ability to build rapport with customers. * Goal-Oriented and Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a proactive approach and a strong desire to drive personal and company success. * Customer-Centric Attitude: A commitment to customer satisfaction, with the ability to listen to client concerns, provide solutions, and maintain long-term relationships, ensuring repeat business and positive referrals.
