With headquarters in Vancouver, Washington, and several processing facilities across North America, Netrush provides integrated retail capabilities ranging from logistics and data science to brand control and creative services, helping brands outsmart, not outspend, the competition. Job Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for leading and accelerating a portfolio of brands on Amazon and beyond while building direct relationships with end consumers. You will have a keen understanding of the ecommerce marketplace, managing the day-to-day activities while directing the long-term growth and profitability both for Netrush and our partners. You will work across business practices internally and externally to align on goals, strategies all while navigating the fast-changing landscape of ecommerce. Additionally, you will be responsible for: Relationship Management: Be a great partner. Understand their business, goals, needs, ethos and competition in order to guide them effectively and efficiently. Growth: Command of the marketplace, internal tools (NR 360, Platform, Potential Framework, Sellozo etc.), competitors and other key levers, tools and products to grow and save. Project Management: Ensure cross departmental collaboration in order to bring the vision to life. Lead, influence and activate teams internally and externally while managing budgets/resources. Key Responsibilities: * Foster trust and develop strong relationships with brands through understanding their corporate growth goals, brand ethos and customer base. * Ensure marketplace health and optimize the brand-driven customer experience on Amazon and other digital retail platforms. * Be considered a trusted partner by our brand partners based on your ability to integrate deeply into partner planning and management systems. * Manage projects, calendars and cross-functional team support. Document actions & insights, especially in project management tools. * Collaborate with cross functional teams to set the partner growth strategy, identifying opportunities to optimize our services footprint and improve our partners' overall experience. * Act as a thought leader to Netrush on business and strategic issues relating to eCommerce. * Provide feedback to leadership regarding market intelligence, competition, knowledge gaps and other valuable insights gained while working with partners. Success will be measured by the following: * Sustained, profitable growth for Netrush and our brand partners, exceeding expectations and KPI targets against: * Net Contribution * Partner Growth Benchmarks * Resource Usage to Allocation * Solid, enduring brand partnerships as measured by: * Retention * Partner sentiment surveys/interviews Skills & Qualifications: * Strong process and interpersonal skills, including leading and prioritizing multiple responsibilities to deliver objectives * Goal oriented individual with ability to lead and influence without authority * Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to research, gather, listen and communicate and/or present plans concisely to all levels within the organization, both internally and externally * 5+ years in ecommerce, retail or relevant experience * Reliable Internet Connection: a stable and high-speed internet connection is crucial for seamless communication, video conferencing, and accessing company resources.
