Do you love working with people and puppies? We are looking for self-driven, motivated, hardworking, energetic salespeople to join our team. Responsibilities will include: * Answering incoming calls/outbound calling/follow up on customer leads * Schedule reservations * Update/maintain customer database * Follow up calls to customers after purchase * Educate and advise customers on products and pets * Create connections with customers and close sales * Follow all policies and procedures * Opening and closing duties * Assist in animal care as needed (may include cleaning, animal socialization, and care) * Assist in leading, coaching, and developing associates (delegation, follow up, accountability) * Other tasks as assigned Qualifications/Skills: * High school diploma or GED * Must be available to work evenings and weekends * Reliable transportation and attendance * Friendly and outgoing personality * Excellent verbal and phone skills * Computer literacy * Problem solving skills * Strong time management skills, ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize * Ability to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time * Ability to bend, twist, squat, and lift 30+ lbs. * Required 1 year customer service or sales experience * Preferred prior experience in a commissioned sales position * Preferred prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role Pay Structure: * Non-exempt (Hourly) Employee * $20-$27+ per hour ($20 base/$27 average with commission for motivated salespersons) * Eligible for Commission pay after training - based on sales and performance metrics * Eligible for Vacation Accrual after 6 months Peak Legacy Ranch is an equal opportunity employer.
