The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective lead generation, relationship management, and sales strategies. This role requires a blend of inside and outside sales skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships while achieving sales targets. Duties * Develop and implement strategies for business development to expand the customer base. * Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and opportunities. * Engage in technical sales discussions to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. * Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing deals. * Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Conduct direct sales activities, including cold calling, to generate new business. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role involving outside and inside sales techniques. * Strong skills in business development and lead generation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Familiarity with technical sales processes and ability to understand complex product offerings. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. * Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Experience in conducting product demos and presentations that resonate with potential customers. * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth.
