Full description of the position
Lead Generation: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our commercial real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and cultivating prospects through proactive outreach. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales to launch their career in real estate. The position is primarily in-office, Monday through Friday. While there is potential for growth into a full-time brokerage role, this is not a requirement of the position. Responsibilities: * Identify and research potential leads through various sources, including online databases, public records, and networking. * Execute outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email marketing, and direct mail campaigns. * Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments for the brokerage team. Prospect Outreach: * Initiate contact with prospects to introduce our services and build rapport. * Conduct follow-up communication with prospects to nurture relationships and advance the sales process. * Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system. Data Management: * Verify and update contact information in the CRM database. * Distribute marketing content and materials to prospects. Sales Support: * Assist the brokerage team with various sales-related tasks as needed. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is highly preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects. * Persistent and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. * Real estate license preferred but not required.
