Full description of the position
Description: Summary: We are seeking a motivated Outside IT Sales Representative to drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role requires a deep understanding of IT managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and other IT-related offerings to effectively present and sell our services to small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs). Key Responsibilities: * Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and outreach efforts. * Sales & Business Development: Develop and present tailored IT service solutions to meet client needs, including managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and helpdesk support. * Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing models, and contracts to close deals efficiently. * Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining detailed records of sales activities in the CRM system. * Market & Industry Awareness: Stay up to date on IT trends, MSP best practices, and competitors to provide relevant insights to potential clients. Requirements: * Proven experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or MSP sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. * Strong understanding of managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, networking, and IT infrastructure. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close deals independently. * Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools. * Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience in an MSP environment or IT services company. * Understanding of MSP pricing models and service agreements. * Knowledge of Microsoft 365, AWS, cybersecurity frameworks, telecom, and IT compliance requirementsAbstrakt Marketing Group
