Skills * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. * Ability to perform basic retail math calculations for pricing accuracy. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. * Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone when necessary.
