Now Hiring -- One Position Available First Class Auto Sales is seeking one motivated, driven individual to join our sales team. No experience? No problem. We provide paid training to help you succeed -- and we will train you the right way. What You 'll Be Doing This is an active, high-energy sales position -- not a sit-and-wait job. Success here requires initiative, persistence, and strong work ethic. * Engaging customers on the lot, over the phone, by text, and by email. * Assisting customers through the credit application and loan approval process. * Helping customers select from a list of approved vehicles. * Offering test drives and assisting with final sale steps. * Aggressively following up with leads and past customers to drive them back into the store. * Managing leads and customer interactions inside the CRM when not assisting live customers. The more effort you put in, the more money you will make. What We Expect * No degree required -- we will train you. * Valid driver 's license and clean driving record required. * Must pass a background check. * Proficiency with computers and CRM systems is required. * Professional appearance and punctuality are mandatory. * Strong communication skills and resilience under pressure. * Candidates must be able to thrive in a high-energy, high-expectation environment. * Our Dickerson Rd. location is busy, fast-paced, and diverse -- candidates must be comfortable working with a wide range of customers and under strong leadership expectations. Schedule Requirements -- Please Read Carefully * Full-time -- five days a week (one scheduled weekday off plus Sundays off). * Hours: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM, or until the last customer is served. * Open on holidays , except Thanksgiving and Christmas. * Top performers often choose to work their scheduled day off to maximize earnings. Important: * This is not a 9-to-5 job. * If you are focused on leaving early or clock-watching, this is not the right opportunity. * We seek individuals who encourage late-night customers to come in and stay late to close deals when needed.
