Role: We are seeking a part-time licensed Realtor to assist with internal and corporate real estate transactions in Northern Colorado. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented professional looking for flexible work that leverages their real estate expertise. Key Responsibilities: * Support corporate real estate transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing agricultural and industrial properties. * Conduct market research and provide insights to guide decision-making. * Assist with document preparation, contract review, and transaction management. * Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other due diligence activities. * Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications. Qualifications: * Must hold an active Colorado real estate license. * Proven experience in real estate transactions, preferably with corporate or commercial properties. * Strong knowledge of Northern Colorado's real estate market. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Compensation: This is an as-needed, part-time position. Compensation will be determined based on the scope of each transaction and agreed upon prior to engagement.
