Job Title: Real Estate Broker Location: Multiple locations in WA state Department: North Pacific Properties Real Estate Division North Pacific Properties is a rapidly growing real estate company to the Greater Puget Sound. Duties and Responsibilities * Listing homes for sale on the NWMLS * Advising the Seller on preparing their home for a listing * Submitting all offers to the Seller for consideration * Helping Seller negotiate offers towards mutual acceptance * Working on the Sellers behalf in coordinating the transaction process * Working with Buyers to towards finding a home to purchase * Helping Buyers complete the required purchase agreement forms * Working with the Buyer on their behalf to negotiate a mutual agreement * Coordinating inspections, reports, and repair negotiations * Assisting Buyers through the transaction closing and possession of property Skills and Qualifications * Valid Washington State Real Estate Broker License * Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Benefits * Free Mentorship Program * No Monthly Fees * No realtor fees * No Training fees Compensation : Competitive commission splits.
