As a retailer of premium olive oils and balsamic vinegars, we have a passion for gourmet foods and the people who enjoy them. Our wide range of specialty products provides customers with a fun and interactive tasting experience. We are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant Manager who shares our passion for artisan products and works attentively in a customer service context. The ideal candidate is primarily responsible for day-to-day sales. The Retail Sales Assistant Managers will also be responsible for product inventories, ordering, the employee working schedule, opening and closing of stores, and more. Additional responsibilities include day-to-day management of the storefront and other administrative tasks as assigned. Essential Skills & Responsibilities * Excellent experiences in customer services. * Provides administrative support to store owner where needed. * Resolves customer concerns with helpful and efficient service. * Keeps store floor and back storage areas clean and organized, takes inventory, and maintains accurate records of products. * Has working knowledge of store technology and equipment. * Complies with all company policies and procedures and completes other tasks as assigned. * Must be available to work weekday shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
