Responsibilities : * Greet customers and meet them wherever they may be on their car buying journey. * Demonstrate vehicles, explaining features and benefits of each. * Address any customer questions and concerns * Call internet leads promptly and with a clear intent to assist * Present financing options and assist with paperwork. * Complete sales contracts and ensure smooth transactions. * Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure a quality experience. * Maintain a thorough understanding of vehicle models, features, and specifications. * Stay informed about industry trends and new vehicle releases. Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred) * Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) clean driving record
