Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the overall success of our logistics and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Duties * Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality. * Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner. * Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock checks. * Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely (training provided). * Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals. * Assist with customer service inquiries related to order status and product availability. * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment at all times. Skills * Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. * Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices is preferred. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. * Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction. * Physical stamina to lift heavy items and perform manual tasks as required.
