Summary As an Outside Sales Representative at RUDY'S TERMITE & PEST CONTROL, you will play a vital role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. This position requires a proactive approach to building relationships with clients and delivering tailored pest control solutions to meet their needs. You will be working in a hybrid environment: we have a physical office in Indio, some of our meetings are held via Zoom, some things can be done at home and majority of your schedule will be spent in the field. Responsibilities * Develop an aggressive sales plan within the Coachella Valley. * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the Coachella Valley. * Making initial contact with clients through in-person B2B activities. * Manage accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. * Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed weekly targets. * Utilize software for tracking sales activities and managing customer interactions. * Build a potential client list through effective cold calling, lead follow-ups, and referrals. Requirements * Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the pest control or related industry. (Will Train on Industry) * Strong account management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Excellent direct sales abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. * Effective territory management skills to maximize sales opportunities. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
