As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities * Conduct warm calling and outbound calling to generate leads and build relationships with potential customers. * Effectively communicate the value of our products and services to prospective clients. * Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target markets and develop strategies for outreach. * Utilize inside sales techniques to convert leads into loyal customers. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system. * Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help shape product offerings. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development, preferably in technology sales. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients. * Familiarity with inside sales processes and techniques. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections. * A strong desire to learn about our products and the industry landscape.
