Job Overview We're seeking a dynamic Home Staging Sales Associate to join our team and drive the continuous success of our home staging business. You'll be instrumental in generating new sales funnel and helping homeowners, real estate agents, and property sellers find the perfect staging solutions to enhance their listings and maximize property value. You'll guide clients through the sales process, from initial consultation to service selection and final execution, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while generating significant revenue for the company. This position is commission-based, with earning potential ranging from $60,000 to $250,000 per year, depending on sales performance and goal achievement. Responsibilities * Generate new sales lead across real estate agents, vacation renter owners, flippers, and property sellers to assess their staging needs and recommend solutions that align with their goals and budget. * Achieve sales targets through proactive outside sales efforts. * Provide detailed and accurate proposals, including pricing, package options, rental terms, and any additional services to enhance marketability. * Lead and guide the sales funnel pipeline from initial lead generation to staging completion, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. * Coordinate with the staging team to ensure timely setup, styling, and removal, addressing any challenges that arise. * Utilize negotiation and account management skills to increase sales and achieve or exceed quarterly targets. * Identify and leverage opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell services, and develop effective business development strategies and tactics. * Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the staging process, providing updates and addressing any concerns. * Verify client satisfaction upon project completion, encourage positive reviews, and ensure final payments are collected. * May be required to work flexible hours, including weekends or peak seasons, to meet client needs. * Perform other duties as assigned to support business growth and client success. Qualifications * 5+ years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of success in a consultative sales environment. Past experience as a real estate agent is recommended. * Experience in home staging, real estate (agent, contractor, etc.), interior design, or related sales is a plus. * Knowledge of home staging principles, buyer psychology, and real estate market trends is a plus. * A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. * Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with homeowners, real estate agents, and industry professionals This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business.
