Hi-Way Distributing: A family-owned company and the oldest full-service provider in the industry catering to Truck Stops and Travel Centers, Convenience and Specialty Retailers across America and throughout parts of Canada. Hi-Way offers over 14,000 SKU's including Truck Supplies, Automotive, Entertainment, Gift/Novelty, Souvenir, and Apparel. With over 40 years' experience our Design, Import and Distribution is continually growing. Essential Job Functions: Monthly site visits maintaining current programs, new product introduction, maintaining & changing or resetting planograms as needed, implementing retail price adjustments, and service initiatives. The review of suggested orders, process returns, stocking and organizing back stock merchandise. Logging daily activites in Salesforce. Work Location: Home as base traveling within your assigned route. What can you expect: You will be given an established route and will be required to travel Monday through Friday to physically visit each location once monthly or more as needed. Overnight stays Monday through Thursday evening, home Fridays. Our team understands the current and future needs of our customers, and as part of our team you will maintain the current, expect the changing, and recommend the future. Requirements: * Ability to travel with frequent overnight stays to visit physical retail locations * Reliable transportation * Valid driver's license * Valid auto insurance * High School Diploma or equivalent * Personal credit card needed while traveling - Expense * Ability to frequently lift 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation * Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills * Working knowledge of computers/tablets and cell phones * Working knowledge of Microsoft software including Excel and Word and Outlook * Be professional in appearance and manner as you are the face of Hi-Way Additional Travel Benefits: * Hotel - 100% * Gasoline - 100% * Meal Per Diem * Auto Allowance/Maintenance * Benefits 1st of the month after start day Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $46,800.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: On the road
