JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Sell tires and services to customers. * Completes invoices for customers. * Capable of scheduling vehicles for service weekly. * Process payroll weekly for technicians. * Calculate commissions weekly. * Assists with inventory management. * Maintain the showroom. * Assign technicians work orders. * Explain to customers the services the vehicle needs. * Communicate with customers in person and via phone. * Help customers choose tires for their vehicle and answer questions on different brand options. * Drive customers to a destination after they drop off their vehicle for service. OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES * Other duties can and will arise, and candidate should be prepared to take on these challenges openly. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE * High school degree or GED. REQUIREMENTS * Automotive service knowledge and/or experience desired. * Customer service experience required. * Sales experience preferred. * Basic computer skills required.
