Insurance Customer Account Representative All Premier Insurance Agency is currently seeking an account representative to support our team of insurance producers. We are looking for a professional who is interested in helping our business grow by providing our current and potential customers with a positive customer service experience. Responsibilities: * Provide general administrative support. * Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone and email. * Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks. * Escalate inquiries and requests as necessary to management. * Keep accurate records of customer interactions. * File documents. * Manage a large number of incoming calls. * Maintains office supplies by checking inventory levels and communicating inventory needs to management. * Grow existing customer accounts through cross-selling and exceptional customer service. Qualifications: * Excellent communication skills. * People-oriented. * Self-motivated. * Ability to clearly and accurately present information to customers. * Louisiana Property and Casualty Insurance license.
