Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting products that meet their needs. * Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos. * Utilize retail math and basic math skills to assist customers with pricing and promotions. * Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and maximize sales opportunities. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services offered in the store. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. * Process transactions accurately at the point of sale while ensuring a smooth checkout experience. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. * Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. * Strong understanding of retail math and basic math skills for accurate transactions. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. * Ability to perform product demonstrations effectively to engage customers. * Familiarity with store operations is a plus but not mandatory. * A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are essential qualities for this role.
