Full description of the position

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Hybrid Position (must live within 30 minutes of a CNW office, see locations at [please apply online] Rate of Pay: $22-$26 per hour Great Benefits! Summary The ITT coordinator position is an administrative hub communicating with sales, internal departments and partner copier dealers to A) support Copiers Northwest clients with locations outside of Pacific NW service area ("Ship Outs") and B) support partner copier dealer's clients with locations within Copiers Northwest service area ("Ship Ins"). Skills/Qualifications * Ability to manage high volume of email and phone calls requiring excellent verbal and written skills focusing on customer service. * High-level critical thinking skills are essential * Highly organized with ability to meet deadlines and maintain high quality work under pressure. * Ability to anticipate problems and identify solutions. * Adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities. * Build and maintain interpersonal relationships both internally and externally. * Use discretion when given access to private conversations and confidential information regarding company databases. * Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and SharePoint. * Experience working in ERP and CRM software. Job Responsibilities are summarized and not limited to the following: * Effective negotiation of service contracts with partner dealers for Ship In and Ship Out orders including delivery/install fees and service rates. * Review data from historical contracts, current published manufacturer rates, current service costs, and for Ship Outs, the contract pricing of Copiers Northwest clients in order to maximize service margins. * Acceptance and approval of Ship In contracts and drafting of Ship Out contracts. * Act as liaison for Ship in and Ship Out orders, communicating externally with partner dealers and internally with Sales, Order Processing and multiple other operations departments. * Manage and communicate delivery and installation issues when they arise with a sense of urgency for Ship In and Ship Out orders and assist in identifying solutions. * Act as liaison with Sales and internal departments to quote and coordinate cross country equipment moves for Copiers Northwest clients. * Maintain and update ERP database with servicing partner dealer contact information, contract type and contracted rates for Ship Out equipment. * Review and approve Ship In chargeable service contracts. Data entry of customer and equipment info into ERP database. The preceding is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
