Position Summary: This position supports the Sales Associates efforts by assisting with and completing all processes necessary to complete a new sale. This includes the gathering, verification, and entry of data and documents into CRM. The Sales Assistant interacts with potential and new customers to ensure they have received and signed needed documents as well as processing payment on the new sale. They also provide follow-up customer service to communicate with BMC-84 and BMC-85 customers that they are active with the FMCSA. The position requires accuracy, customer service skills, and attention to detail to process new sales for our customers. Essential Function: * Assist the Sales Associates in all aspects of processing a sale including, but not limited to, gathering and entering all needed information into CRM to complete the sales process * Prepare and send necessary documents to potential customers for signature * Follow-up with customers for timely receipt of needed documents * Facilitate underwriting process by verifying information as outlined in the underwriting guidelines * Enter and update client records with attached files, documents and communication * Process payments on new sales * Check status of customers obtaining active authority with the FMCSA * Provide initial customer service when customers become active with the FMCSA * Assist in any other project or duty Sales Manager and Sales Associates request Education and Qualifications: * High School or equivalent * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced sales setting * Ability to work as a team * Attention to detail * Proficient skill level with computer programs including Data Management systems Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Sales Assistant/Office: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: * Phoenix, AZ 85027 (Required) Work Location: In person
