Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in your designated territory. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, canvassing by going door to door, and referrals. * Manage existing client accounts while building strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements. * Conduct thorough roof inspections and go over findings with potential customers. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring value delivery. * Collaborate with the inside sales team to coordinate efforts and share insights on customer feedback and market dynamics. * Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress against targets. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings. * Upsell additional products or services based on client needs and preferences. Requirements * Sales experience is preferred, but not required. * Strong skills in managing client relationships, analyzing data, negotiating deals, and closing sales. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * Coachable to be proficient in using CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing customer interactions. * Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment. * A proactive approach with a strong desire to achieve results and exceed targets.
