We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Kent, WA. Job Summary: The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, generating sales, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This role involves handling inbound inquiries, prospecting for new business, and collaborating with the outside sales team to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. * Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients. * Provide product recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs. * Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales opportunities. * Collaborate with the outside sales team to maximize sales opportunities. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. * Stay informed about industry trends, product applications, and competitive offerings.
