JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Execute retail distribution plans and meet quotas across all brand portfolio in designated territory * Liaison between brand and retailer to introduce, maintain and grow product sales and marketing programs * Deliver 100% coverage every reporting cycle of assigned retail territory according to client frequency plans * Communicate client information to retailers and Petalfast internal departments to effectively execute programs * Meet and exceed quotas provided to drive Petalfast performance * Regularly meet with retailers to promote, enhance their customer experience, and develop the best relationships REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree or experience equivalent * Must live in Western New York (Rochester, Buffalo, or Syracuse area) * 3-5 years experience in sales in the cannabis, CPG, food + beverage and/or wine + spirits industries, or similar experience preferred * 1-2 years experience with data platforms * Cannabis industry experience a plus * CRM / Hubspot experience a plus * Google suite recommended * Valid drivers license and personal vehicle * Must be 21 years or older PHYSICAL STANDARDS This position requires frequent sitting, standing, reaching, walking, and operating a computer workstation. * This position may rarely require kneeling, bending, squatting * Ability to push/pull up to 50 pounds * Must be available to overnight travel * Must be available for occasional weekend work (demos and tradeshows) * Must be able to work nights and holidays (night and holiday work will be pre-defined by position) * Must be able to effectively communicate with others * Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time THINGS THAT SET PETALFAST APART * Our core values include: * Inclusion - we create a culture where individuals can thrive together as their most authentic selves. * Transformative - we challenge the status quo and have the courage to fail. we rely on those experiences to learn from and capitalize on new opportunities. * Dynamic - we are do-ers that adapt to the unexpected while maintaining operational efficiencies. * Authenticity + passion - we aspire to work and live passionately, collaboratively, and with mutual respect. * Trust - we empower each other to take ownership and act in the best interests of our community, customers, and company. * Partnership - we cultivate mutually beneficial partnerships by aligning with our partners' strengths to create sustainable profitable growth.
