The Role As a Business Development Manager, you'll drive revenue by identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities. This role involves full- cycle B2B sales--prospecting, conducting discovery calls, presenting custom marketing solutions, and closing new business. You'll work closely with our strategy and creative teams to ensure clients receive tailored solutions that align with their goals.You'll be expected to confidently navigate complex decision-making environments, communicate value, and represent our agency's expertise in branding, marketing, and storytelling. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries (e.g. finance, tech, SaaS, hospitality, etc.). * Conduct discovery calls to identify client pain points and marketing needs * Develop and present custom marketing proposals and brand solutions. * Close new client contracts for both retainer-based services and project work (e.g., web development, brand messaging). * Maintain accurate pipeline and reporting using CRM. * Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams to ensure client success * Attend industry events and represent the agency in professional settings. * Continued involvement and awareness with internal team to ensure continued alignment with client needs * Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. QUALITIES & EXPERIENCE | Who We're Looking For We want a competitive, strategic sales executive who thrives in creative industries and loves helping businesses grow.
