Compensation: * Fantastic compensation plan with a realistic Year 1 target of $46,000 - $75,000 at plan. * Compensation includes salary, commission, and bonuses. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new business opportunities within a territory for each of the company's product segments. * Communicate regularly with current and potential customers, overseeing all sales activity within the assigned territory. * Report sales activity via Compass and manage business through this technical platform. * Collaborate frequently with inside support teams to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Manage workload effectively, ensuring timely follow-up with leads and clients. * Develop a strong understanding of product segments and their functional capacities. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of sales experience. * Competitive, positive attitude with excellent negotiation skills. * Professional image and strong business acumen. * Self-motivated with goal-setting capabilities. * Valid driver's license required. Position Details: * Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. * In-person meetings and daily prospecting required within the Toledo area (depending on the assigned territory). * This is not a remote position.
