Hybrid Automotive Sales Specialist/F &I Manager We are a leading automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional customer service and a wide range of high-quality vehicles. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Hybrid Automotive Sales/F&I Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within our organization, with the potential to transition into a full-time F&I Manager position. Job Description: Sales Responsibilities (75%): * Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. * Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. * Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape. * Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. F &I Responsibilities (25%): * Assist customers with financing options and insurance products. * Prepare and review all finance and insurance paperwork accurately and efficiently. * Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to vehicle financing and insurance. * Present and sell extended warranties, service contracts, and other value-added products. * Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from purchase to delivery. * Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up. Qualifications: * Proven experience in automotive sales and/or F&I management. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to build rapport and trust with customers. * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. * Knowledge of financing and insurance processes and regulations. * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
