Role Overview: Lead and drive the sales team's growth and performance, aligning efforts with overarching team objectives. This role focuses on mentoring and coaching financial advisors and BDAs, implementing strategies to achieve sales goals, managing key metrics, and promoting a results-driven, client-focused culture. As a pivotal leader, this individual will champion collaboration, professional development, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Development: * Provide group and individual training, aligning with organizational resources to enhance development and strengthen team capabilities. * Onboard new advisors and assist in recruitment efforts as needed. * Coach and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability. * Demonstrate a commitment to personal development in leadership, communication, accountability, and sales excellence. * Cultivate an environment that inspires innovation and encourages team members to achieve their full potential. Sales Strategy and Execution: * Role-play with advisors and BDAs to sharpen sales strategies and improve client engagement techniques. * Debrief client interactions, offering actionable insights to refine communication and sales effectiveness. * Identify individual strengths and development areas, crafting tailored growth plans to drive results. * Analyze sales data to adjust strategies, ensuring alignment with goals. * Serve as a strategic partner in navigating complex sales opportunities and securing high-impact experiences. Performance Management: * Collaborate with leadership on metrics tracking, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights. * Partner with advisors and BDAs to define measurable goals, monitor activity, and maintain accountability. * Provide constructive feedback and develop actionable improvement plans to address performance gaps. * Assist in the creation and execution of business plans for advisors and BDAs. * Work with leadership to maximize Barnum/Mass contracts, incentives, and opportunities. * Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities. * Streamline operations to free leadership for high-level strategic planning and client engagement. Client Relationship Management: * Support the team in strengthening client relationships and securing opportunities. * Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through personalized approaches. * Monitor client feedback and adjust strategies to maintain high retention and high-level experiences. * Work with advisors to uncover additional client opportunities, expanding relationships and service scope. Key Competencies: * Strong leadership and team-building skills. * Ability to set and achieve ambitious sales goals. * Proficient in coaching and developing sales professionals. * Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. * Effective conflict resolution and collaboration skills. * Skilled in effectively providing and receiving constructive insights to elevate progress. * Strategic thinker with a focus on driving results. * Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Qualifications: * Proven success in Financial Advisor and Leadership positions * Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. * Proficient with Salesforce or other CRM tools and sales analytics. * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field * Series 6/63/65 or 7/66 and insurance licenses preferred *This role is hired directly by the Financial Services Representative Securities and investment advisory services offered through qualified registered representatives of MML Investors Services, LLC.
