Overview We are a family-first business seeking an energetic and motivated parts & sales associate to join our team. In this role, you'll help customers find the right parts for their hand-held outdoor power equipment, lawn or compact tractors. Individuals will also provide knowledgeable sales support for our current brands (ECHO, Country Clipper, TYM, Kioti) and maintain an organized parts inventory. Commissions and incentives also paid out! Responsibilities * Greet customers with a friendly and inviting attitude * Assist customers in identifying and selecting appropriate parts and accessories for outdoor power equipment, lawn mowers, compact tractors, implements and other small-engine equipment * Provide product information and pricing, ensuring a clear understanding of features and benefits * Have the ability to have easy flowing conversations to create that sales opportunity * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's POS system * Maintain and organize the parts inventory * Coordinate with mechanics to fulfill parts requests and ensure timely repair completions * Conduct business in an ethical and honest fashion * Maintain a clean and well-organized parts counter and display area * Be proactive with a thorough follow up process with sales prospects to increase personal sales * Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or parts with lawn equipment/small engines/tractors preferred) * Basic mechanical knowledge or willingness to learn about product lines * Must have a valid Driver's License * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach * Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other computer software * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
