Job Description: Commercial Truck Leasing Account Development Representative Toledo, Oh Salary Range: $52,000-$55,000 Base + Commission Aim Transportation Solutions is looking for an Account Development Representative to add to our sales team. This is an entry level sales role based in Toledo, OH that will entail working with customers, Aim Sales Team and Rental Staff along with the Regional Manager. This job will report to the Regional Vice President of Sales. * Develop and deliver tailored transportation solutions for commercial customers as well as maintain the current customer. * Drive business growth by generating new leads * Prioritize and ensure customer satisfaction * Manage the sales process through the use of marketing strategies to identify and develop leads * Desire to learn and grow with a "can do" attitude * Previous outside sales experience for this role is a plus.
