Job Title: Luxury Residential Window and Door Sales Representative Location: Hawaii (Statewide, with focus on Oahu, Maui, and Big Island) Employment Type: Full-Time / Commission-Based with Base Salary About Us: We are a premier provider of high-end windows and doors, specializing in luxury residential projects across Hawaii. Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to drive sales of luxury windows and doors for residential projects. You will work closely with architects, designers, contractors and homeowners to deliver tailored solutions that elevate high-end properties. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain relationships with clients including luxury home builders, and design professionals. * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation. * Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess client needs and present product solutions. * Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts with a focus on closing deals. * Stay informed about industry trends, product specifications, and competitor offerings. * Collaborate with our installation partners and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Qualifications: * Proven sales experience, preferably in luxury home improvement, windows/doors, or related fields. * Strong understanding of Hawaii's residential construction and luxury real estate markets. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage high-net-worth clients. * Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Knowledge of window and door products (materials, energy efficiency, etc.) is a plus. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits across the islands. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
