Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. * Be the vehicle expert. Know the in's & the out's of products offered, such as optional packages & latest technology. * Communicate effectively with our customers via Phone, Internet and Text. * Check email frequently and respond to customer inquiries immediately. * Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of used vehicles. * Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business. * Bring your 'A game' & positive attitude with you every day. Qualifications * Available to work 40 hours a week. * Basic computer and internet skills. * Valid and Clean Drivers license. * Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in's & out's. * Fantastic communication skills with your customers. * Clean driving record. * Bi-lingual is always a plus!
