We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Electrical Technical Sales Representative to join our team. This role combines sales expertise with strong technical acumen to drive growth by presenting customized solutions to clients. The ideal candidate has a background in engineering, technical services, or product sales and enjoys working closely with customers to understand and meet their needs. * Here's what you can expect: * Act as a liaison between the customer and technical team, offering product knowledge , demonstrations , and application support. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities. * Understand customer requirements and propose tailored technical solutions that meet their operational goals. * Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product walkthroughs to educate customers. * Prepare and deliver detailed proposals , quotes, and bid documents. * Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer service teams to ensure project success. * Stay current on market trends, competitor products, and technological advancements. * Meet or exceed sales targets, and maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities and pipeline updates. * Requirements: You do not have to know anything about alarm or sprinkler systems to excel in this position. As long as you are ready and able to do the following you can be wildly successful in this role: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience. * 2-5 years of experience in technical sales, solution selling, or technical support roles. * Strong understanding of electrical systems, fire alarm systems, automation, etc. * Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles from discovery to close. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Self-driven with strong time management and organizational abilities. * Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Valid driver's license; ability to travel to client sites as needed. * Benefits: As a company, Encore is hyper-focused on developing a culture that thrives on success and is energized by the fact that we get to make people's lives better and safer each day.
