Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and a keen understanding of market trends to effectively promote our products and services. Responsibilities * Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base. * Analyze market trends to identify potential sales opportunities and customer needs. * Engage in outside sales activities, including client meetings and presentations. * Promote sales ensuring a thorough understanding of product features and benefits. * Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, maintaining a high level of customer service throughout. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials. * Provide regular updates on sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback to management. Skills * Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in technology or retail environments. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making. * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset. * Familiarity with roofing/ construction are a plus. * Experience in outside sales is highly desirable, along with a proactive approach to lead generation.
