Customer Service Expert: * Achieves individual sales goals and contributes to the store's overall sales goals. * Shows the desire and ability to connect with our customers and deliver the best San Lorenzo Bikinis shopping experience. * Develops strong product knowledge across all categories and is able to communicate that information to our customers. Building Brand Equity: * Understands and is able to communicate the San Lorenzo Bikinis aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to our customers. * Shows the desire and ability to work as a part of a team. Operational Excellence: * Understands and accurately processes all POS transactions. * Completes all of the daily tasks, per company directive, in a timely and accurate manner. * Ensures that the store's standards are being maintained on a regular basis. Qualifications: Physical Requirements: * Available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Able to stand for extended periods of time. * Able to safely lift packages up to 30 pounds in weight. * Comfortable climbing ladders.
