Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and expand market presence. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship building. * Utilize Salesforce and other customer relationship management software to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable deals. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning efforts. * Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our products/services. * Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business. Requirements * Proven experience in business development or sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets. * Proficiency in strategic planning and project management methodologies. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software is highly desirable. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. * Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on results-oriented outcomes. * A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
