Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. * Stock shelves and ensure that merchandise is displayed attractively and is well-organized. * Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers. * Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to provide informed recommendations. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Skills * Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience. * Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately. * Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in inventory management and sales analysis. * Experience with stock management and maintaining inventory levels. * Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. * Ability to perform product demos effectively, showcasing key features to potential buyers. * Proven upselling techniques that contribute to increased sales performance.
