Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will help small businesses sign up for our range of tax and accounting services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in sales or accounting who is looking to build a career in a growing industry. The ideal candidate will be charismatic, a quick learner, and passionate about helping businesses succeed. Local candidates are preferred, with flexibility for hybrid arrangements. This position comes with a base salary of $40,000.00 annually with an added commission of 15% of collected first-time subscription payments and catch-up fees for deals closed. Responsibilities * Lead generation: Contact leads to generate interest and introduce our services. * Sales Outreach: Engage with prospective clients who have shown interest in our tax and accounting services. * Client Consultation: Conduct consultations to understand the needs of small businesses and recommend tailored tax and accounting solutions. * Account Setup: Assist new clients in onboarding and getting set up with our services. * Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term success and satisfaction. * Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of Vyde Tax & Accounting. * Collaboration: Work closely with the accounting and customer support teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients. * Build: Be willing to try new things to help us improve our sales processes. Requirements * Experience: 2+ years of sales experience or 1 year of accounting/bookkeeping experience. * Sales Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively and close deals. Ability to engage and build rapport quickly. * Charismatic & Personable: Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, energetic attitude. * Quick Learner: Ability to quickly understand and communicate the benefits of our tax and accounting services to potential clients. * Preferred: Previous experience in financial services or working with small businesses is a plus.
