Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with leads, understanding their needs, thus converting the lead into a customer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent soft skills, and a passion for relationships. Duties * Develop and manage a designated sales territory to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. * Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends. * Present product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings. * Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing accounts. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software. * Provide feedback on customer needs, preferences, and market trends to inform product development. Skills * Proven experience in sales management and territory management within a B2B environment. * Strong understanding of territory sales strategies and market dynamics. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. * Experience in conducting product demos that engage potential clients. * Technical sales knowledge, particularly in technology products or services. * Ability to identify upselling opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships. * Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
