No shortcuts here. * Show up for classroom and field training --because real learning happens in both places. * Guide clients from " just browsing" to " just closed", making the process as smooth as possible (for them, at least). * Master the art of negotiation --because it's rarely simple and never dull. * Stay ahead by understanding market trends , offer strategies, and pricing tactics that actually work in Seattle's competitive market (no guessing games here). What You 'll Need: * Strong communication skills (because you'll be talkinga lot). * Killer organizational skills --you'll be juggling multiple deals, deadlines, and people who think their home is worth double what it is. * The ability to stay calm under pressure (because nothing ever goes exactly as planned). * Basic tech skills --laptop, smartphone, and an understanding that "the cloud" isn't just in the sky. * A real estate license (or actively working on getting one). * 1-3 years of sales experience (real estate is great, but if you've ever sold anything--from cars to cupcakes--we can work with that).
