*Please note, our home office is located in Baldwin, MD but for this specific role we are seeking someone in the Southeastern PA area (Harrisburg, Lancaster, Wilmington, etc.) Job Description: * Manage, nurture, and maintain client relationships * Coordinate and schedule roof inspections (perform inspections in tandem with field staff) * Generate roof inspection reports ad present/review with clients * Assist clients with insurance claim initiation and process * Coordinate roof replacement projects with our scheduling staff Beneficial Prior Experience: * Sales to Property Management Industry (Condo, Apartment or Retail) * Prior Roofing/Exteriors sales experience Salary: * $60,000-$80,000 annually based on experience Benefits: * Health insurance after 60 days of employment (Starts on 1st of the next month after 60 days period is complete) * Access to company Simple IRA program with percentage matching after 24 months of employment * Access to company outings, incentive dinners and Annual Kris Konstruction company trip (performance based) * Multiple sales incentives (i.e. top sales per month = $500) * Performance based salary increase opportunities * Performance based company vehicle, gas card, etc. * First year = Vacation Days (10), Sick Days (3) both after 60 days employment * Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day
