Full description of the position

Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our wholesale sales team. The Account Executive is responsible for driving business development efforts for our international and domestic specialty store business, managing accounts, and fostering relationships with prospective customers. The ideal candidate is a strategic and driven Account Executive, who has a proven sales history with specialty stores and digital retailers. Job Description: * Manage specialty store accounts, department stores, and digital retailers; women's apparel experience a plus. * Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand specialty store customer base. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective account management. * Prospect and open new businesses relationships. * Accountable for established budget and sales goals. * Analyze weekly and monthly selling to determine company growth, forecasts, and ensure all targets are reached. * Analyze product performance and retail margin goals. * Analyze sales/metrics data for your respective accounts to improve sales strategies. * Identify sales opportunities to increase business via multiple sales channels, using business analytics to compare history to future goals. * Communicate with accounts regularly to review selling trends and new opportunities. * Operate closely with Design and Merchandising Teams on line edits and private label requests. * Oversee account follow up and work with Logistics Team to ensure order accuracy. * Address with retailers shipping and order issues, reorders, and availability. * Facilitate and attend local and regional trade shows. * Prepare and attend trunk shows with key specialty accounts seasonally. Qualifications: * 4+ years sales experience. * Bachelor's Degree; strong working knowledge of retail math and seasonal planning. * Proven wholesale experience or business development, preferably in women's apparel. * Strong negotiating and selling skills to specialty stores and digital retailers.. * Experience in account management, demonstrating the ability to nurture client relationships effectively. * A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and driving results in a competitive landscape. * Strong analytical skills of sales information, trend data, and sell through. * Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. * Ability to handle OTB. * Superior proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; particularly Excel. * Excellent presentation and reporting skills. * Experience with ERP Systems. * Ability to multi-task, work independently and problem solve.
