Overview We are expanding into Maryland and seeking Roofing Salespersons/ Public Adjuster to join our team. We have multiple roles in Baltimore, Annapolis, Gaithersburg and Frederick. Responsibilities * Inspect Roofs and gather documentation/photos about damages. * Negotiate settlements with claimants and insurance companies to reach fair resolutions. * Estimate and Justify estimate items. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from claimants throughout the process. * Maintain organized files and documentation for all claims processed. * Self Generate Leads by door knocking * Run Assigned leads from our online/mail/events marketing. Compensation * No nonsense compensation - Checks every other Friday. * 30% of gross revenue per job on assigned leads * 50% of gross revenue per job on self generated leads * $500+50% of gross revenue per job that is rehashed. * Tech Support in the form of Damage areas, homeowner contact info, Roofing Readline, Copmanycam, Eagle View etc. * We provide all admin support - estimating, following up, documentation etc. * All marketing materials provided. * Wrapped Trucks & gas cards after selling 15 jobs.
