Responsibilities * Onboarding of new customers * Build and maintain strong relationships with customer * Understand customer goals, and act as a trusted advisor * Set up and optimize online profiles Skills and Experience * Proven track record as customer facing account manager * Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude a must * Must be a team player and comfortable in a modern, open office environment * B.A, B.S or equivalent experience in relevant field Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Retention bonus Work Location: In person
