Overview We are looking for experinced sales professional to go door-to-door and be able to do customer consultations. This job does have a base hourly pay, but is commison based. Commison is based upon previous experience with sales. Hiring as soon as possible Responsibilities * Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates. * Have reliable transportation. * Utilize estimating software to create detailed proposals and reports. * Communicate effectively with clients to clarify requirements and negotiate terms. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the estimating process. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and pricing. * Assist in the development of sales strategies and business development initiatives. * Support the technical sales team by providing accurate data for presentations and bids. * Comforable with door-to-door sales. Skills * Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. * Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience in technical sales or technology sales is preferred. * Background in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction. * Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and vendors. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus. * Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate estimations. * Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
