Responsibilities * Managing and nurturing client relationships--many of which are repeat or referral-based * Conducting listing presentations with professionalism and market expertise * Pricing, staging, and preparing homes for market * Overseeing marketing and promotional strategies to maximize exposure * Communicating with clients throughout the transaction to ensure a smooth, successful closing * Working alongside a well-established support team that helps keep everything on track * Keeping in touch with past clients and sphere to maintain strong, long-term relationships Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit.
