From 6 local service centers, we serve the greater Portland Metropolitan, Vancouver, Columbia Gorge and Salem areas. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions required for this job. * Works well with others in a team environment and is helpful and courteous to customers. * Identifies, effectively communicates, and presents solutions to landscape issues. * Communicates with customers on-site on a routine basis to discuss the customers priorities and informs the customer of scheduled maintenance tasks, progress reports, and courtesy calls as required. * Schedules job site walk through inspection with customers as required. * Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to client's desires. * Assists in preparing estimates, collecting production data, sales presentations, negotiating, and renewing contracts. * Complies with all established company policies and procedures. * As a salaried exempt employee, may be required to work after hours or on weekends to accomplish goals. This position will work from our Clackamas, OR location. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS: * Possess and utilizes interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees and managers. * Able to read and write English. * Must possess a valid drivers license with a driving record acceptable to the company's insurance carrier. * Possesses knowledge for application of commonly used pesticides. * Preferred: Prior account management experience. * Preferred: Bachelor's degree in the Agricultural Sciences or technical experience or equivalent field experience and customer communication skills.
