Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time assistant to support our booth operations at the High Point Market. This role is perfect for local college students with a flexible schedule who are interested in gaining hands- on experience at a major trade event. Your tasks may include booth setup, distributing materials, and providing general administrative and onsite support. This is not a fixed-schedule role-- hours will vary from 2 to 6 per week and will be scheduled at least one day in advance. Responsibilities: * Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials to booth visitors. * Assist with booth setup and teardown (light lifting may be required). * Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming booth environment. * Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. * Support onsite needs during peak hours or when visitors arrive. * Perform other administrative or event-related tasks as needed. Requirements: * Friendly, punctual, and professional demeanor. * Able to follow instructions and complete tasks independently. * Flexible availability; must be able to work on days scheduled in advance. * Weekly commitment: 2 to 6 hours, with notice given at least one day ahead. * Prior event or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
